“I developed HPY Life whilst in lockdown. Struggling with limited space and clients missing being able to get to classes. Doing an hour class felt like a big commitment time wise and I wanted to create something that would cover all of the body’s needs. Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, Breath work and calming the mind. After a lot of playing around with different movement modalities I settled on this combination as I think it works really well together. HIIT for a stronger element of cardio using body weight so no need for props/weights. Pilates to focus on alignment and moving the spine in all the different directions it can move. Yoga to bring the heart rate back down after HIIT to focus on balance, stretching and breath work to sooth our bodies and minds.”
